Hustavo is a product of 2753675 Alberta Ltd., a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada. These terms govern your use of the Hustavo platform at hustavo.com.
Hustavo is a platform for independent web operators. We provide AI-powered website building tools, client management, hosting, and automated billing. Operators use the platform to build and manage websites for their clients.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for your account and for any sites you build or publish through the platform. You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes or to publish harmful content.
Operators set their own prices. Hustavo takes a 10% platform fee on client subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's terms apply to all payment processing. Hustavo does not handle funds directly.
When a client subscribes, they pay the operator's stated price monthly via Stripe. If a client cancels their subscription, their website remains live but edits are paused. Hustavo will attempt to resolve any issues at our discretion before determining next steps. Cancellation of the subscription is the escalation policy.
Operators and their clients own their content. Hustavo hosts it on their behalf. We do not claim ownership of any websites, images, or text created through the platform.
We aim for high uptime but provide no guarantees. Services are provided as-is. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Hustavo's liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice where possible. You may stop using the platform at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
