Hustavo is a product of 2753675 Alberta Ltd., a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada. These terms govern your use of the Hustavo platform at hustavo.com.
Hustavo is a free toolkit for web operators: AI website building, hosting, custom domains, SSL, automated billing, email management, and client management tools. The toolkit is free to use. Operators connect Stripe to unlock billing features and run client subscriptions through the platform. Hustavo earns a platform fee only when clients pay through the platform.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for your account and for any sites you build or publish through the platform. You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes or to publish harmful content.
Operators set their own prices. Hustavo charges a 12% platform fee plus a small flat fee on each client subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. By using the payment features of the platform, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, including the Stripe Terms of Service. Hustavo does not handle funds directly.
Clients pay the operator's stated price monthly via Stripe. The subscription covers hosting, infrastructure, the domain, management by the operator, and access to the platform's tools on the client's behalf. Clients can cancel anytime. If cancelled, the site stays live but frozen (no edits), and Hustavo will contact the client directly to assist with next steps.
If a subscription ends, Hustavo will contact the client directly to offer continued service, assign a new operator, or facilitate a transition. The operator has no exclusive rights to the client relationship after cancellation.
Operators build websites using AI tools provided by Hustavo. Hustavo retains ownership of the website source code. Clients receive a hosted, managed website as a service. Operators are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legal compliance of the websites they publish. Operators must provide their own terms, privacy policies, and legal disclosures for client websites as required by law.
We aim for high uptime but provide no guarantees. Services are provided as-is. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Hustavo's liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice where possible. You may stop using the platform at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
