Who we are

Hustavo is a product of 2753675 Alberta Ltd., Alberta, Canada. This policy describes how we collect and use data across the Hustavo platform.

What we collect

• Account data: Email and name from Google sign-in.
• Client data: Business name and contact email as entered by operators.
• Content: Websites, images, and text created through the platform.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and request logs for security and debugging.
• Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe. We store only Stripe customer and account identifiers.

How we use it

To provide the platform, process payments via Stripe, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell data, use advertising trackers, or share data with advertising networks.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure), Stripe (payments), and Google (authentication). Some processing occurs outside Canada, primarily in the United States.

Data retention

We retain data as long as your account is active and as required by law. Deleted accounts and their associated data are removed within a reasonable timeframe.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact us through the platform to make a request.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie for authentication. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Children

The platform is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
