Who we are

Hustavo is a product of 2753675 Alberta Ltd., Alberta, Canada. This policy describes how we collect and use data across the Hustavo platform — a free toolkit for web operators.

What we collect

• Account data: Email and name from Google sign-in.
• Client data: Business name and contact email as entered by operators.
• Content: Websites, images, and text created through the platform. All content uploaded by or created for a client is the property of that client.
• Usage data: We use PostHog, a product analytics tool, to understand how operators use the platform. PostHog collects anonymized usage events, page views, and session data. No personally identifiable information is shared with PostHog beyond what is necessary for analytics.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and request logs for security and debugging.
• Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe. We store only Stripe customer and account identifiers.

How we use it

To provide the platform, process payments via Stripe, analyze usage patterns to improve the service, and prevent abuse. We do not sell data or share data with advertising networks.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting, infrastructure, and AI services), Stripe (payments), Google (authentication), and PostHog (product analytics). Some processing occurs outside Canada, primarily in the United States.

Generated websites

This privacy policy applies to the Hustavo platform only. Websites built and published by operators through the platform are not covered by this policy. Operators are responsible for their own privacy practices on sites they create.

Data retention

We retain data as long as your account is active and as required by law. Deleted accounts and their associated data are removed within a reasonable timeframe.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact us through the platform to make a request.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for authentication and PostHog may set cookies for analytics purposes. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

Children

The platform is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
